Stage Academy is an innovative part-time performing arts school for 4 to 18 year olds with industry-leading teachers delivering a tailor-made curriculum at Highgate Primary School and Lauderdale House.

As well as nurturing incredible performers, Stage Academy’s ethos is to inspire its students with the self-confidence, teamwork, ambition and responsibility they need to achieve success both on-stage and off.

Stage Academy 6-18s experience four professional classes a week covering acting, singing, dance and finally a specialist module that changes each term such as acting for camera, stage combat, mime, audition technique, and more. Stage Academy students enjoy the best performing arts training, at least two live performance opportunities each year, industry masterclasses, opportunities for agency representation, STARS awards and performance exams.

Stage Academy Jrs is an amazing class for 4-6s featuring specially written resources that will help your child make new friends, express their individuality and prepare them for the adventures and challenges of growing up. Whether your child is already a bundle of confidence or an inquisitive observer just waiting to come out of their shell, our industry leading teaching team helps every child to explore and grasp their full potential.

All of their teachers have trained at renowned performing arts schools or have years of theatrical experience (or both!) so they’re fully equipped to help your child get the most out of the classes.

Parents can book a completely free, no-obligation trial session now to see the Stage Academy difference for themselves.

As a parent, you can expect regular contact from your principal including weekly emails, verbal feedback, termly reports and the confidence of knowing your child is being looked after by a team that puts keeping your child safe at the centre of everything they do.

Once a year all Stage Academy 6-18 students will have the opportunity to take part in a group LAMDA exam as part of their weekly Stage Academy class. Group exams allow students and parents to track their achievements without the pressure of a one-to-one setting so are a perfect starting point for all students. Beyond the included group LAMDA exams students can choose to take part in solo examinations and qualifications in addition to their studies at Stage Academy.

The industry professional Stage Academy team includes principal Andrew, a graduate of the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London who has worked with brands such as TUI, P&O Cruises and Merlin Entertainments.
