Introducing Estelle, a Muswell Hill based Sound Healer and Reiki Master. Estelle is bringing her healing skills to The Good Rooms from January 2022.
Estelle told us: “I am deeply passionate about the healing and transformational power of sound, which is particularly needed at this transitional time on our planet. I trained at The College of Sound Healing, where I am an accredited member, and I work with 432hz crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls, along with the gong. I heal through sound on a one-to-one basis, and also in groups for sound baths and events. I am a third generation Healer, following in the footsteps of my mother and grandmother.”
Sound healing uses the principles of vibration and resonance as a form of deep healing. Records of sound healing date back to ancient Egypt and Greece. Think of it as part meditation, part listening session. Imagine sinking into a bath of calming sounds that take you on an inner journey of relaxation. It can help to restore and rebalance, enabling inner stillness, total relaxation with potential for deep healing. Something we so desperately need at this given time.
