As parents we can all appreciate the benefit of making some time for ourselves, and I’m sure for many of us having the time to engage in some self-care has all but disappeared over the course of the Pandemic! Now that schools are back up and running and we are starting to get used to our new normal, it is the ideal moment to invest a little time in ourselves! As the saying goes “you can’t pour from an empty cup” and never has this sentiment been more apt.
As always, time is of the essence and we often have to sneak a workout or spa treatment in between work, the school run, cooking, washing & making lunches, the list is endless! It often feels as though there are not enough hours in the day and usually, it is our own down-time that is sacrificed to fit things in.
